Seller Agreement

These terms and conditions relate to the sale of any Olive & Bee® products, whether in-store, online, through third-party platforms, or by any other sales method.

Please Note: Product sales on third-party platforms need approval prior to offering, listing, marketing, or selling Olive & Bee® products. A separate reseller agreement is to be signed.

Terms and Conditions

1. Sellers must agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below by Simply Olive & Bee Pty Ltd before offering, listing, marketing, or selling Olive & Bee® products.
2. Sellers must sell under their company name that is registered with Simply Olive & Bee Pty Ltd.
3. Sales are limited to the country in which the seller’s business principally operates. By way of example, where stock is supplied to an Australian company, the seller is authorised to sell only in Australia.
4. These arrangements are non-exclusive and may not be transferred to another party.
5. All product presentation and advertising must align with Simply Olive & Bee’s sales guidelines, including approved content and imagery.
6. Sellers must not alter images or content in any way that could misrepresent the brand.
7. Simply Olive & Bee will provide recommended pricing; however, the final sale price of Olive & Bee® products is at the seller’s discretion.
8. Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations including return policies.
9. Sellers must not sell any products that are expired or faulty.
10. Sellers must ensure products are stored under the recommended conditions (e.g. at room temperature or below 25°C) to maintain product integrity and effectiveness.
11. Sellers must comply with any product recall and immediately remove affected products from sale when required.
12. Simply Olive & Bee Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend, vary, or withdraw a seller at any time and at its sole discretion.
